Steamed Cake
Ingredients
Ingredient | Quantity |
Flour (Blue Ferry or Bintang brand) | 300g |
Butter/margarine | 240g |
Evaporated milk | 260ml |
Sugar | 200g |
Baking powder | 10g (3tsp) |
Method
1/ Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
2/ Blend in milk gradually.
3/ Fold in flour with a metal spoon.
4/ Pour into a greased pan.
5/ Steam over hot boiling water for 1½ -2hrs.
